Where the work started

Twelve years on record.
A lifetime in Liberia.

Mr.Smoov — Tan Tan B to the country that raised him — has spent his career telling Liberian stories on stages built for the whole world to hear. The Foundation is the other half of that same instinct: turning attention earned through the music into something that actually reaches the block, the classroom, the community it came from.

This isn't a side project. It's the same throughline as "State of Emergency," as the rebrand, as every record — one voice, used for more than one thing. The Foundation is where that voice turns into access: to education, to opportunity, to the basic dignity a young Liberian shouldn't have to leave home to find.
